In Praise of Taking Your Time

If I've learned anything during this pandemic, it's what a pleaure it can be to take your time and dwell. During normal times, dwelling is something I skipped because there was never enough time.

I tend to bypass dwelling when it comes to reading books and knitting. In both passions, I'm forever locked in a struggle of rushing through in order to consume/create more and more and slowing down, documenting and enjoying.

I'm committed to slowing down. It's easy to do during the pandemic. The real challenge will be when things go back to normal.
