I had no idea the kind of momentum I would have in anticipation of my yarn shipment from KnitPicks arriving next Tuesday!
I finished the March Hat and the Snow Punk Cowl!
- Clint's Galaxy Socks: I've made SO much progress! I have knit 5 inches of the foot! Only a couple of more inches before the toe! And once those are done, I can finish the Boston Socks.
- Daybreak Sweater Tee: Officially in hibernation for now, but I was thinking, I should really finish the body in my spare time before Xmas break. Then when the break begins, I can address all the fiddly parts when I have lots of open time : )
What's next?
- Ursa Sweater: As soon as the KnitPicks order arrives, I will swatch up!
- Autumnal Washcloths: These will be a good palate cleanser in between socks and sweaters.
Peek-a-Boo Tee:I think I'm going to remove this from my queue. I found this at the beginning of my sweater tee obsession, but now I've found others I would so much rather knit. So even though I ordered that KnitPicks yarn in order to make this, I'm hopeful all that yarn will be the proper amount to select another pattern, probably this one:- Twist Tee by Nina Ruth
- Pumpkin: I will probably use the leftover Orion Fiber Arts (from the Snow Punk Cowl) to make another pumpkin to add to my collection.
- Musselburgh Hat: I can't decide; it would be a nice easy knit to have going in the background. And the yarn is already wound...
Perhaps I will take a break from knitting to do some chores and eat lunch. Then I'll see where I am.
